- Any guest paying the required incidentals/security deposit at check-in with cash, will need to provide 200.00 rather than the usual 100.00. If they use a credit card, the deposit amount will still remain 100.00.

Pleasant hotel

Hotel elevators quit working the first day. They did get one back up and running, but long delays and waits for remainder of stay. One concierge was too busy standing around to assist when asked for help. The other concierge (Anthony?) was excellent. Had requested two rooms with double beds, but was told on arrival that only one of the rooms had double beds. Other room had only one bed, and no other rooms available. Room was nice, large, and clean, but overall, customer service was less than optimal.

The Hotel was perfect. It was priced right, and was clean. It was centered in the middle of Manhattan, how perfect is that? You can't beat that!!!!! It was also close to the Subway. It was perfect!!!

My daughter and I were very happy during our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Your staff was very professional, friendly and courteous and seemed always ready to assist if needed. Our room was very spacious, spotless and quiet. There is nothing I would make a recommendation on, and instead can tell you that we will definitely return to the BPH as well as recommend it to anyone traveling to NYC.
