Important Hotel Information
- Guests must be 21 years old to check into the hotel. All adult guests must be registered with proper identification. Hotel key required to access hotel guest elevator. Credit card required at check-in.
- 25 per person charge for each person over 2 guests per room. Maximum occupancy 4 people per room. This charge is payable directly to the hotel at check-in.
- Tropicana does not permit coolers or excessive amounts of food and beverage to be brought into the hotel.
- Self Parking is 10 per stay and Valet Parking is 15 per stay. Health Club is 10 per day.
- The indoor pool will be closed February 26, 2013 and March 5, 2013.

Going to the Trop I was extremely nervous. Some of the reviews that I read online stated that the resort was a bad place. I went with an open mind since I know that a lot of people that do write reviews are people that don't get their and complain about "bad costumer service." I had a real good experience at the Trop. As soon as I got there the clerk was really nice. She explained to me everything and thank me for picking tropicana. The casino was great and had lots of things for me to do inside. I am definitely coming back here again.

Having never been to Atlantic City, it was rather easy to find the hotel and the hotel check in. The valet were very pleasant along with the rest of the staff. I loved all of the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I really enjoyed our stay in Atlantic City.

Tropicana is beautiful and the employees are very nice. Lots to see and do. Location is great too. The big downside for me were the rooms--worn out and and old, very uncomfortable bed. Be prepared for lots of walking too. Gaming area was confusing and slots were tight. We did have a great time but will skip on the Tropicana next time in favor of more room comfort and easy maneuvering around the gaming areas. Worth a one time visit.

I had a very good experience especially as compared to my recent stay at the Chelsea Annex (a dump). We were allowed in our room at 1PM as opposed to 4 PM which made a huge difference in our stay. Our request for a specific Tower was granted without problem. Staff at front desk was cordial and not harried. We had a large room with a fabulous view of AC. Never had to leave the building. The indoor swimming pool could use a little updating and closed early at 6. Ate at Cuba Libre ( wasn't crazy about the food) and danced at Boogie Nights. All in all a good time.
