My wife and I are well seasoned travelers and stay in Motel/Hotels approx. 20 times a year. With out a doubt This hotel had the worst house keeping service we have ever observed. On 3 days we had to ask for clean towels, and our bed was only made 3 of the 6 days. When I checked out the lady at the desk just rolled her eyes and said that the house keeping service has definate issues. She also said that when the desk receives complaints, they forward them to management which doesn't seem to listen, This was a very nice facility but in this area there is a need for improvement.

I came to Orlando with my sister and her two sons--and they were very impressed with the condo we stayed at. I admit to being a rather finicky person and even I was impressed! The staff were stellar! The grounds were beautifully maintained! If only you could control the weather....... Seriously, I would heartily recommend this property to ANYONE!

I flew with my husband and two kids, one is 6yr and the other 14yr to Disney world out in Fl. We had a great time for the money we paid, we had a great flight and beautiful hotel room. The only thing I would say about the hotel is that they did not offer free breakfast and the food was a little expensive. But all in all I would book the hotel and flight again. My family and I had a great experience. The hotel was clean and had great customer service.

This Resort was fantastic! It was clean and I felt safe within this gated resort. The kids absolutely LOVED the pirate ship pool and the recreation center had fun activities scheduled every day for all ages. My preschoolers painted a pumpkin, decorated cookies, and made a tyedye tshirt. I wished we had stayed longer, will stay there again and again!

we had a lovely time, the room was smaller than expected in an empty building, which didn't really let us see the beauty of the resort. The adjoining room door had such a large gap beneath it that when they emptied their dishwasher @ 6:30am you felt like they were in the bedroom, and when they cooked strong foods or with strong odor it was pretty nasty. But I would recommend the resort if you were to be sure and speak to reservations to clarify your room type and where you are located BEFORE arriving (which we failed to do :(...). Having said that, I would still recommend this as a top choice in the area!
