I love this resort would go back, the front desk at night is the worst... they sent me to another hotel at 3 am cause she couldn't find my reservaton.... horiable cause she didn't look good.

Close to Disney. The kitchen, separate bedroom, and living room works out nice. We spend a lot of time at Disney. Probably staying at 10 - 15 different hotels in the area, including several Disney hotes. We liked this hotel. We have small children and when we get back from the park we can put the kids to sleep in the bedroom and stay up for some adult time. The kitchen is nice if you like cooking or preparing your own food. We do drive to and from Disney; I am not sure how well the hotel's transportation system worked. Note: If we do not take the kids with is to Disney or have babysitter while at Disney we prefer to stay on property. The biggest benefit is the bus system. Without the kids we often try every Epcot country's beer, which makes it best to ride the bus.

the hotel is quite near the airport so finding it was no problem, check in was fast and easy and I was in my room 20 minutes after jumping in the rental car. All persons working there were fastidious, professional and courteous, making my stay enjoyable as well as relaxing. The beauty of the grounds and full-service amenities were pleasing and very simply, I want to make a habit of it. I would live there if I could!

This was my second stay and it was even better than my first. Great experience overall and I would love to come back again. Few tips: 1. The pool is great - make sure you use it 2. If you have preferred status with Starwood, book a lower price room and get it upgraded 3. Get some frozen entrees from Whole Food and save money on dinner; get bottled water (freeze it) as well if you plan to visit Disney/Universal 4. Thai Thani is a pretty good restaurant across from Seaworld on I-Drive 5. If you need groceries urgently, use the 7-11 down the road rather than the grocery store in the campus (it is 40/50% costlier) 6. Enjoy your well earned vacation Cheers, A
