Badly needs an update.
06/27/2012The rooms are large, but everything in it is outdated. the staff isn't very friendly. i think it's living off a reputation it no longer has.

This was an all around great experience. The location is in the heart of everything, an easy walk to the ROM or subway or ferries. The price was reasonable. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful.

Hurry before it is too late as this hotel is closing. It is an experience to stay in this magnificent building. The room was enormous for a city hotel with 2 chairs a table, desk, bed, and plenty of walking around room. The lobby was very elegant making you feel special in the elaborate surroundings It makes you feel important as soon as you enter. One of the best experiences was the concierge Jennifer. Right away she made you feel welcome and answered every dumb question we asked. We attended a baseball game and were a little confused about the subway. All of a sudden we see Jennifer in the crowd and she helped us get on the train and off at the correct stop like a guardian angel. All in all it was a great 2 days at he Sutton.
