The front desk personnel were friendly. We did not utilize room service; however others on our floor did and the dishes and trash were left outside on the floor for hours. Overall the location of the hotel was good and the eminities were fine. The cleaniness of the room could have been much better. The down comforter needed to updated, but the bed slept fairly well. The house keeping staff did a terrible job of dusting or needed more efficient cleaning supplies. The tables were dusty each day, and the bathroom was not cleaned very well. I will definitely stay at another location if I plan a return trip to Las Vegas.

We have stayed at a lot of the Casino/hotels in Vegas. PH is now one of our favorites. The location on the strip is great for access to entire strip, the shopping and dinning options were perfect. We liked having a nice 24 hour coffee shop in the casino for those early morning food needs. The room was nice and clean, new feeling and good room service. We will stay again at PH for sure!.

Lack of storage amazed me - room was good sized, we upgraded to a resort view which was the ultimate - over looked the Dancing Waters of Bellagio and also the Paris Balloon and Eiffel Tower. 3 of us in room, all lived out of our suitcases (2 drawers were it and they were small to boot). Bathrooms had 2 sinks and large vanity area on each side. Lots of large towels and room was kept immaculate. The free bottle did not include Scotch to my hubbys dismay, but I was good to go with SKYY vodka and he settled on Canadian Club. Would go back but only if it were 2 to the room, not three, Excellent central location which we were able to walk to Paris and catch shuttle to RIO and Harrah's (free with a tip to driver). Pool and sunning area were kept open (mid November) and guess they will keep it open all year, weather permitting. Good value for the money. Was surprised anyone had access to the elevators - not like Hard Rock or other Casino Hotels we've stayed at.

We arrived at Planet Hollywood before check-in time. They let us check into the hotel early and had the bell hop watch our bags so we could go out and sight see. This hotel is VERY modern and clean! The staff was very nice and well informed. When we came back for our bags all we had to do was go to the 'Pick Up Key' line and our keys were there waiting. Our room was on the 16th floor with a GREAT view! We stayed in a Resort room. Had a very nice and clean bathroom with a big tub! The bedroom area was nice and the bed was super comfy! Everyday they came and cleaned the room, gave us 2 bottles of water (everyday) and the newpaper was outside the door waiting for us in the morning. Make sure if its your first time staying at this hotel you sign up for the A-listers (like the players card). You will get all kinds of coupons and free stuff when signing up. The buffet at this hotel is AMAYZING!! The food is so good. We ate breakfast and dinner at this buffet. They have everything that you could possible want. Dinner even included fish and crab legs with NO EXTRA CHARGE. The wait service was very quick and always refilled our glasses promptly. I had a great time at this hotel and cant wait to stay there again.
