The hotel and the room were clean. The whole is a little on the old fashionned side, and the room was a little small but ok for the price and location I guess. If you are not a heavy sleeper, I would not recommend this hotel. The walls are so thin we felt like our room neighbours were inside of our bedroom and could hear every single word they said as well as the doors closing. the resort fee of 11 usd per day is a little of a rip off, the amenities are the beach towels (ok) but the chairs are dodgy and the included continental breakfast is quite cheap on quality. Except from that, our stay was pretty pleasant.

My friend and I Travel in the month of July 2011. When we first arrive at the hotel, we had to take a double look to see if this was the correct address. The place had construction boarding posted up outside the front. We decide to give it a try thinking that are room will not have the same feeling , but we was wrong, we should of turn around to start a new search for a better hotel, when we first walk up to the lobby and seen the old dirty out dated carpet and furniture. We goes to our room to find that one of the window was fully boarded.The room was small as for only one individual can occupied it. the best thing in that room was the bathroom and the comfy of the bed. Then to be on vacation with the noisy of the construction rambling, wasn't pleasant at all. The continental breakfast was boiled eggs and cantaloupe fruit everyday, the daily snacks was apples and oranges. Don't waste your time and money on this hotel. I hope they improve in the near future.

A nice little hotel on south beach. A great location that doesn't have the hectic dining in the front. It has a nice seating area in the front to just sit with a drink, enjoy the breeze, and watch people walk by. The staff was very courteous and even let me check out a little late. This is my favorite place to stay in south beach.

This is one of my favorite hotels in South Beach. It's quiet and clean. Right on Ocean Drive, close enough to the action but far enough so you're not right in the middle of it. Directly across the street from the beach. The staff is wonderful, friendly and very accomodating. The rooms are clean. The bathrooms a bit small but serve their purpose. Every morning there's breakfast served in the lobby, ranging from eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, pastries, coffee, juice & milk. Every afternoon they have snack put out for your convenience. There's a bar when you walk into the lobby and drink specials are offered daily. It's perfect for the solo traveler or for the family that travels together. Definitely enjoyed my stay there and would stay over and over again.

The hotel is situated right across the street from the beach. Close enough to the action but far enough away from it so that you're not right in the middle of the party. It's quaint and the staff makes you feel at home. They're very friendly and accomodating. Every morning you can help yourself to breakfast including fresh made waffles. In the afternoon they keep snacks out in the lobby, which you are also welcome to. The rooms have safes and are equipped with beach chairs for your day trips across the way. I've stayed at this hotel before and would stay over and over again. Absolutely amazing.
