03/08/2013We stayed here after our cruise. quiet and in nice area to walk at night. free parking as well. the only set back was no free wifi.

Not happy about needing to do a survey that their website claims deluxe rooms have drinks and internet but they claim they will remove charges and provide internet and drinks. Hotel very clean and staff friendly. Bus comes at 25 after not every hour on the hour.

Before even arriving I called the hotel with some questions I had and the front desk operator was very helpful. The hotel had ample parking. The grounds were immaculately groomed and decorated with beautiful fountains and flora. The pool area was also very attractive. Every employee we encountered were friendly, professional and courteous from the front desk to housekeeping. We would definitely chose to stay at this hotel again for future visits to the Miami area!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel...The staff was very friendly and eager to assist in whatever way possible...It had a nice restaurant inside with excellent food...It was also located in an area with a gas station, several restaurants, a swimming pool, other shopping opportunities...My stay was pleasant and a gigantic step up from other hotels Ive stayed in...The shuttle also transports to the airport as well...
