for the money, it was a nice hotel. a bit off the beaten track but washington is a walking town. positives: front door staff (daniel, daryl) and valet parker (belama) were awesome. the front desk was most helpful with all questions and advice. room was cool and comfy. down sides: dirty carpets in hallways, slow wait staff at restaurant, and lukewarm breakfast. overall--we'd stay at 4points again. our friends were impressed and so were we.

The rooms were a bit small, but very well appointed. The beds were so comfortable, after a day of being on my feet was VERY welcome. The staff was so helpful, and made my stay easy breezy. Thanks, I will definitely come visit you again!

I felt that for the price this hotel was a note a great buy. It is pretty old and is looking a little "tired." Has a tiny bar area and nothing special to recommend it. The bell staff was this hotel's biggest asset: friendly, cooperative and fasr.
