While the suite was nice the rest of the hotel has a lot to be desired. First..the hotel is actally a Motel. The beds were like sleeping directly on the springs, the staff was rude. It took over an hour to get a blow dryer sent to the room. There are resort fees when it is not really a resort. The only reason they can charge the resort fee is because they are rated 3 stars. The tub did not drain, when we took showers we were standing in ankle deep water. This is the first and last time we would stay at this hotel.

It was convenient to the highways and shopping. Clean and lot of free parking. Friendly staff. Best is it is very close to the great out let mall with Prada, Burberry and Gucci. We enjoyed the stay.

This hotel is very close to Downtown Disney and the Premium Outlet at Vineland Avenue. Spacious rooms, nice bedding. Parking is included. Good breakfast buffet for an extra 14 USD per person ( waiter staff rather slow - they include a 15 % tip in the bill which might explain this .... ). Over all a good value for the price.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, 2012. Everything in the hotel info. section is accurate: wonderful pool area, fitness room, attentive staff, incredible breakfast buffet ($14 adults / $7 kids -- well worth the money). Plenty of free parking. Overall, an excellent hotel. Three Marriott hotels (Courtyard, Springfield, Fairfield Inn) are all clustered together with only one way in/out -- so traffic backs up at the light. Allow extra time coming & going as you may have to wait through several lights. Otherwise - it was an excellent stay. Inward facing rooms overlook the pool area, others face out to parking and entrance. Some have balconies and whirlpool tubs. Noise from the pool wasn't bad in our 5th floor room and was quiet by 10 p.m.
