1. Extremely difficult to find. The Telephone service is unstaffed except for reservations and the information line after several "Are you still there" statements terminated. The facility does not want to deal with residents except on the internet, obviously understaffed for economic reasons. 2. Room was accveptable but not well appointed. Our room smelled badly of smoke although ostensibly a non-smoking room. Dated and shopworn appointments. Parking was difficult because they allow several eighteen wheelers to park diretly across multiple parking lanes.

OLD FASHION A/C, NOT GOOD. SHOWER, WATER PRESSURE, NOT GOOD. OLD FASHION TV, NOT GOOD. THE BED, THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BED I HAVE EVER TRIED TO SLEEP ON.

Having stayed at a Homstead property in Jacksonville, FL that was very roomy, clean and bright, this place was a real disappointment. The room was small and cramped. The nightstand was wedged between the bed and the wall and had a corner missing. The fitted sheet was too small and kept popping off the bed all night. There were little gnat type bugs in the kitchen & bathroom. In the morning found what looked like a dead grasshopper in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but when you sat on the end of it, it crunched like it had an old plastic covering over the mattress. In the kitchen the refrigerator door opens the wrong way and was hard to get into. The drinking glasses were hard to find. We were suppose to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for one. Also, the price was over $* higher per night than what we paid in Jacksonville.
