  This hotel was unsatisfactory in several key respects. 1st, the room (especially the bathroom) was not very clean. 2nd, the room came with no drinking cups or glasses, although it did come with a dirty mug. 3rd, the room lacked shampoo. 4th, the mattress was hard and rubbery. For the price, and given the proximity to the Country Club Plaza, I expected far better. We will not be staying here again.

  No staff in the hotel at nights. no security cameras anywhere! my window on first floor did not lock so anyone could get in. did not feel safe at all!!

  Booked two roms.
  check-in was quick and trouble free. minimal staff on site (desk clerk and house-keeping only), more helpful during the daytime than at night.

  Booked two roms.
  Check-in was quick and trouble free. Minimal staff on site (desk clerk and house-keeping only), more helpful during the daytime than at night.
  Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Hotel was very quiet at night. Parking area is close to building, safe, well lit, clean, well maintained.
  Kitchenette was very clean (especially sink and refrigerator). Dishes and cooking utensils were provided in room.
  No amenities on site, but safe waliking distance to museums and shopping district.
  Problems:
  One room: closet doors (which also serve as mirrors) missing, and shower curtain had mildew stains.
  Second room: TV remote missing. Telephone ringer apparently not working.
