Corporate chain hotel did not make me feel like a valued consumer.
10/07/2011I would not recommend this hotel,nor will i ever stay at the excalibur again. upon arriving the check-in line was long,the shower had some type of debris ...
I would not recommend this hotel,nor will I ever stay at the Excalibur again. Upon arriving the check-in line was long,the shower had some type of debris or dirt in it, i was told the plumbing backed up,i was given another room over looking the roof ,(the original room i had was over looking the strip),after arguing with customer service i was given another room facing the strip, but had to walk all the way down to the front desk to get the new room key. My experience at the Excalibur was not a pleasant one, for the amount of money i paid for wide screen room i feel was not worth the money.

Cigarette smell- Smokey
10/05/2011When i first went into the hotel it had a smokey and i smelled like smoke upon entering the hotel. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone with children ...
When I first went into the hotel it had a smokey and I smelled like smoke upon entering the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with children or non-smokers. The cleanliness was OK was not the best, and the room was very old. The only updated thing was the TV and as for the value of the money I'm sure there were better hotels with a better value.
