I got a great deal on this hotel room. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a few issues with our keys not working, but once the door was fixed, everything worked fine. Not only was the hotel itself a good deal, but they offered some great coupons for the hotel's restaurants, food court, and shows. We ended up saving quite a bit of money by using the coupon book. Plus, there is a ton of fun stuff to do for the whole family within the hotel/casino. It's also a stop on the 2 city bus lines that run along the strip and to Fremont Street, so it's easy to get places without having to do a ton of walking or waiting. I've stayed in other hotels in Vegas, and while those rooms may have been more elegant, the Excalibur was definitely a better value. I would definitely stay here again, if I can get a similar deal to the one I received this time.

i expected better room quality for a casino hotel room
04/09/2013No microwave, no refrigerator, must pay for internet service & the gym & the pool? i was better off staying at the travel lodge or super 8 motel.

We checked in, and received a room with a view of the 1st floor trash can at the back of the hotel, and was dirty. After some discussion, and an 8 hour wait, we were able to get a room on the 28th floor. No special service or offers were given even though the hotel was told we were celebrating a late honeymoon, and my wifes birthday. It was an average hotel stay for the money, but the dealers were very friendly, but slow drink service.
