Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were decent. We had to ask for extra towels, blankets, and soap, which were provided immediately. There was an empty plastic cup on the hallway floor ourside our door for 3 days in a row; it was only removed when we showed it to the cleaning crew, and threw it out ourselves. Conveniently located on the strip. We were the last stop on and the first stop off on guided tours to the hoover dam and grand canyon. Would definitely recommend taking the hotel-arranged tours!

I always booked this hotel for my father who is disabled. After booking online we called and informed them we would need handicap accomadations. Every single time they have put my family in a great room with all the needed wheelchair modifications. More over the rooms are very comfortable and have huge flat screens. It isn't the flashiest property in Las Vegas but a great find none-the-less.

My wife and i spent 3 days and 2 nights here. We couldnt ask for more! Clean & friendly staff. Slept good at night, no noise to deal with. Only bad tthing was room service is over priced with a $4.50 delivery charge. We will Absoultly stay here again!!!!
