Hotel is well priced, clean and the staff is very helpful, even the security guards are pleasant and helpful when you get turned around in the maze. The buffet is not worth half what is charged($* for full day buffet).The breakfast to lunch transition was smooth, but mostly because everything was brown or gray. Who knowsif it even changed? I know it's a buffet but no color, and bland bland bland. Some of the dish exchanges by the staff were straight out of Vegas Vacation--"this is the chicken..." Sister hotels Luxor and Mandalay Bay offer AWESOME choices and the five or ten dollar diffference is well worth it for the buffet. Mandalay Bay has great restaurant options as well and I ate some of the best food I have ever had. VERY impressed. Mizuya Sushi is impressive and stimulates all the senses. Good food done well makes me happy, but this place inspired my first online review for a restaurant. MUST DO

very nice hotel, staff was nice, downside was a very long wait line to check in maybe only 2 staff checking people in. I rated the hotel fair for cleanliness because the shower stall was dirty and food tray would sit out in hallway for 24+ hours. great place to stay...we stayed 3 nights, round trip airfair from ohio cost $1106.59 for two adults- september 19, 2011 through september 22, 2011. ONE MAJOR DOWNSIDE...would be all the time share people set up at the doors ready to prounce on you to give you free tickets ect. if you do their 3-4 hr time share program. VERY ANNOYING BY DAY 2!!

When I first arrived the room was not ready because our names was not in their computer system. I waited about 20 minutes before they finally gave us the rooms. The customer rep was not friendly and I thought she was not perfessional. I did speak to the supervisor and he said he will address the problem with her. Besides the hotel, I had a great time in Vegas! The hotel did upgrade our rooms, but that's because they did not have our information ready in their system.
