  We could not get the room to heat up very well, the manager brought us more blankets and coupons for a free breakfast (which we found under our door after it was too late). The person working at the Starbucks inside was wonderful. We had a great time in Chicago!

  My wife and I come to downtown Chicago every year around this time to get away and do some shopping and eat some really good food. Hilton Garden Inn is ann excellent choice for its location to everything downtown, but the value it brings is even better. Plan on staying for the weekend and enjoy!

  I've stayed here twice. The first time was on business, the second as a wedding anniversary trip. The staff was great. The hotel centrally located. The rooms were very clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit!

  Very close to everything...just blocks from the billy goat tavern and close to michigan ave. beds were awesome, very comfortable.
