First we were charged $18 a day for a 'resort fee' which included wired Internet, a paper and the fitness Center. We couldn't use the Internet because we have TABLETS! We get the paper on our tablets so we didn't need the paper and we never used the fitness center. When we did need access to a printer we had to use a Internet station in a high traffic area of the lobby that cost us $20 for our boarding passes, tickets to a show and air time. Also, the maid refused to clean our room and left a note saying we left our books on the bed so it couldn't be cleaned. Lastly, the iron was broken when we came and when we opened the door for the replacement a man was passed out on the floor. Spend the money upfront for a nicer hotel!

We stood in line for 3 1/2 hours to check into the hotel. There had been a computer update that caused serious delays. This was extremely frustrating and I did not feel like the hotel did much to make up for the inconvenience. They passed out cookies and water. We wasted a lot of our first day standing in this line and felt that the hotel should have provided us with either some meal vouchers or waive the resort fees. I am sure this was a unique experience - I have stayed at the Luxor before and had a better experience.

The Line to check in was 4 hours long no joke!! I can send a video to show just how long the line was there must have been 300-400 people in line to check in they even had police directing the lines it was a complete disaster.
