Ok there are a few things that Luxor needs to work on.The first thing that was an issue was the room was too hot. The second was the shower had no shelves to put you shampoo and conditioner , third was that the water in the shower had a hard time going down the drain, fourth was that the peolpe who cleans the room took a bag of ours that had our clothes in and thrown away in the trash, and finally at every exit or entrance there were Luxor employees bugging you every time to see if wanted to see a free show at the expense of sitting down for two hours to listen to a time share.... Very annoying

This hotel was fairly easy to get around...casino, restaurants, etc.

Everything went fairly well, including check-in, except that we were told our room would overlook the pool, but it overlooked a ROOF. Decided not worth having to request a room change, so overall, I'd say Luxor is a pretty good deal, with good access to MGM and the strip.

Our stay in Luxor was a positive experience. Locate in the strip (not in the middle of it but still in Las Vegas Boulevard) where everything is going on is one of its best things. Rooms are big, we got upgraded at the front desk for not additional cost. It is a great hotel, but it cannot be compare to the very best of Las Vegas (such as Bellagio, Ceasars Palace, Aria), but it is cheaper... so, if what your looking for is a good hotel to experience Las Vegas for the best price I think Luxor should be your choice, but if you are able to expend some more it wouldnt harm you to choose one of the mentioned above. In the same price range are the Stratosphere, Flamingo and others no that great located.

Stayed two nights, enjoyed the hotel, food was average.
09/14/2012I would go back if the room was on sale. it is in the southern half of the strip and close to many things. that is awesome.
