I had a poor experience at the Luxor. I spent five days here. The heavy handed salesmanship from Luxor employees to visit a neighboring resort was most taxing. Drunken guests were not curtailed from being overly boisterous in late night escapades in and around surrounding halls and hotel rooms. The carpets near the elevator in the West Tower were appallingly dirty. You would think the cleanliness of a hotel would be the height of priority considering the price they charge. That reminds me. Before I came to Las Vegas I researched the Luxor. The web site said there would be a resort charge in order to access the gym and internet. For this reason my wife and I decided not to take advantage of these amenities. When I checked in no one told the resort fee was a mandatory charge. When I was checking out I was told I owed an additional $100 in resort fees. I spoke to the manager and was told in a well practiced response that I signed upon checking in that I would pay for the resort fee. I told the manager I was never told about the fee. He told me it was in the fine print( evidently in the VERY, VERY fine print). Don't go here. In a comedians, performance he joked about the Luxor charging people for looking out the window too many times, he wasn't too far off.

it is uncomfortable, location is far from strips.
09/05/2012It was not good, it didn't support wireless internet. its air condition is not good. when i checked in hotel, i waited for my turn a lot of time.
