Overall external beauty is enchanting, and it continues on inside once you pass the main door. A bit dark, with a sense of feeling inside a pyramid. Rooms are OK, no refrigerator in the room, no charging station, but comfortable bed and pillows. Great pool area, good music, attentive staffers. Good membership offers, varieties of Slot Selections. Food in Restaurants OK.

Would not return. Cocktail waitresses few and far between while gambling. Long check-in. Not enough valet parking. Long waits for valets due to lack of staffing. Poor direction on check out procedure. No direction on television. No coffee pot. When contacting hotel for directions on how to address package while staying there, was given wrong information and no information regarding a package fee from the hotel. Could not get any response from hotel about complaints. Would spend my money somewhere else.

Stayed here for a family event. I experienced a few disappointments: (1) As hot as it is in Vegas, our room was not very cool . . . even with the AC on full blast. I didn't complain cuz we were so busy and I didn't have time. (2) Want to cool off in the pool? It's fine, except there is NO shady area to relax unless you want to pay a HEFTY price to rent a cabana. With all the hype on increased skin cancer, they could have supplied some sun umbrellas. (3) Don't confuse "free internet service" with free WiFi. You cannot access this amenity unless you have a laptop. With so much being done on smartphones, they could have just given you a WiFi access code to use in the hotel.

The air conditioner did not cool the room. The pools were 3 feet deep and murky. The music at the "Oasis" Pool was extremely loud techno rap that made the experience produce a headache. They charged $5 to print boarding pass. They had too many people to deal with in one location which led to long waits for service and products such as food.
