So my boyfriend n I came to Miami to see the Heats play which was at 6 that evening. We arrived at this hotel like 9:30 or 9:40 in the morning. We went to check in and they told us that check in isn't until 3pm. So I'm like u have to be kidding me right? No they were serious and I asked "are there any rooms available,"b ecause we are tired n we had been up since earlier that morning. No rooms were available to us. We had to sit around or go to the pool until one was ready. We didn't get our room until 2:30 pm. Never going there again! No free breakfast by the way. They also charge you more money 25.00 person for valet went we didn't even used it!

Nice Hotel, I am an Hhonors member but such a low class I do not receive free internet or breakfast; which is a bummer. Hampton offers free breakfast and free internet with just as nice of rooms. They are all under the same hotel umbrella which made me just expect it I suppose. I much prefer having those two things readily accessible.

I had to go to Miami last minute for a business trip, I wanted to find a nice place but could not spend too much because I was on the company's money. A colleague recommended I check out this Doubletree, I was able to get an amazing deal pretty last minute and I could not be happier with my stay. The room was very nice & clean, I also had a great view of the water. Overall great trip and nice hotel.

I love Hampton Hotel's. I should have researched this hotel more as they do not have free breakfast or Internet. I assumed it would since they are under the same Hotel umbrella. The atmosphere is classy but I would rather have convenience.

Was expensive for what you got. Loud construction outside. Housekeeping kept calling and hanging up to see if we were out of the room and knocked on the door three times even though we told them we were not checking out until 11:00. Was VERY annoying. Not much around the area.
