Our Arizona road trip found us ending up in Las Vegas for a couple of days with 2 kids (11 and 8). The late March weather was great and it got us poolside for an afternoon. We have to remeber that with so much to do in Vegas, kids really only have a couple of things they want to do...play in the pool, go to M&M World...they really don't know any different. Keep your plans flexible. As for the Mirage, the place looks great. I've stayed here a couple of times previously on business and the corridors and rooms upstairs were looking tired. The recently renovated and really brought life back to a great hotel. Rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds and quiet. We had one mis-hap...when checking out, we drove away and left a small bag near the valet that had cameras, keys and other small stuff in there. Hotel security got on it and called my cell within 30 minutes. We were still in the area so we drove back and got the bag. Their team there was very helpful and professional. Can't wait to get back there again!
