Hard Rock is a great place to stay. For myself, a non-smoker, the Casino, the hallways, and the rooms did not smell like smoke at all. The rooms were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The staff were very professional and willing to accommodate to make my stay great. Thanks HRH!

Room in newer Paradise tower was nice and quiet (as opposed to the old original building that had traffic noise through cracks in outside doors) but it's a long hike from the front desk, close to self park though. Bell, valet & maintenance staff were nice, but it's IMPOSSIBLE to call front desk, they NEVER answer. I wanted to request 1 hour later check out due to daylight savings and compliment them on the great maintenance guy Dion who showed up promptly to fix my broken lamps (which are necessary due to black decor making rooms very dark at night), but I could never reach them. Resort fee (like most hotels now in Vegas) is a rip-off, especially since pool was closed on a nice 78 degree sunny day in March, but I will say that the high-speed internet was truly high speed (unusual for hotel wifi).

The hard rock delivers and edgy decor, friendly staff that go out of their way, nice gaming area, trendy shops, awesome restaurants, and a diverse night life----from local talent to big name bands, and club for the young. The hotel's feel is all about comfort and swagger and that worked for me.

Hotel is just ok, great pool area though, we were disappointed with the resort fee and what they promised with it mainly free Wi fi which you cannot get even though we contacted Cox there provider twice, gave up in the end, although we will say when we mentioned it to front desk clerk Frederick who was great he said he would waiver 1 nights resort fee for the inconveniece,which was very nice, Casino and Hotel really smokey, will not stay there again, better of paying 20 to 30 bucks extra a night to get a better deal
