Although the hotel is in need of some cosmetic repairs, their service was great. The suites include a FULL kitchen (dishes, silverware, microwave, oven, fridge, coffeemaker, can opener, etc.) which is great when you want to save $ cooking. I used it to reheat leftovers from our outings. The housekeeping was great - they even washed our dishes for us each day! There is a bedroom seperate living room from the bedroom so adults can stay up without bother the kids. You could easily fit a person on the couch if necessary. I appreciated their customer service and it was a great location. Would love it if they just fixed up a few things (bowing shelves, broken floor trim, etc.) and maybe a continental breakfast or courtesy van to the airport but what are ya gonna do? Cant have everything for this price.

Worst hotel ever!! Very bad and rude guest service. Housekeeping ONLY AVAILABLE from 7am-6pm, therefore if you need an extra towel too bad, you have to wait until the next day. We paid extra money to get breakfast included and they DID NOT give us breakfast anyway, they said we needed an extra memo to prove we had breakfast included. Please, look for a different hotel, you do not want to have the experience we had staying at this hotel. I hope this review helps others and by choosing a different hotel they can have the best vacation ever at Chicago.

At 4am people still walking up & down the halls talking loudly & very inconsiderate. At 5am finally interupted a young couple who had decide to sit outside of my door in the hall on the floor & have a very personal conversation. Was it just my lucky night to come in contact with such ill mannered people? Not the hotels falt.

I was a little skeptical about what I would find, because this was the lowest priced hotel in the Water Tower area. But everything was good. For price and location, you can't beat it.

We booked this hotel because of the $99.00 special rate and the location. It was a great value and I would recommend it to others. One block north of Michigan Ave. and just another block to the Red Line station. Rooms have small kitchens and large bedrooms. The bed was a little firmer then I like but the room was clean.
