  We got a room upgrade as soon as we got there. Very excessable. Close to the airport. Great location. Touristy, but that is ok sometimes. Excellent service at the pool and bar. Good walkway to the beach. Overall, we loved it. We would definately return!!!

  Minutę from the cruise port. Great staff. Access to beach. We stayed here prior to the ship departure and had time to kill when the cruise ship returned. We came back to the hotel they let us store luggage and use the beach for the day they were very accommodating highly recommended

  Besides the run down condition of the "resort" the customer service was awful. I left my phone on the table in the lobby while I used the restroom. It was gone when I got back. Another guest said she saw a hotel employee pick it up. We tried to call the phone no luck. I checked with the desk. They did not have it. Security got involved, but said they could do nothing even though they found the employee that said he gave the phone to the bell captain. No one seemed concerned. You certainly don't expect this to happen when you spend $* for one night. Would never go back to this hotel.

  If you are looking for a hotel that is right on the beach this is it. The rooms are nothing to get excited about, but the hotel lounge, bar/restaurant area was very nice and upscale.

  The staff was very nice and provided us with towels after we got caught in a terrible downpour even though we had already checked out. The room was roomy and the hotel was close to the cruise terminal.
