04/12/2011We loved our stay here. we could walk anywhere we wanted to go including dining, shopping, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have taken an annual trip to Chicago for many years. We've stayed in many different hotels in the downtown area but have never enjoyed ourselves more than we have since staying at the Doubletree. The location is perfect for the attractions and activities we enjoy and is an easy walking distance to Michigan Avenue shopping, the Navy Pier, casual dining, and Dominick's Grocery for extra comfort items. We have never booked another hotel else since our first stay at the Doubletree. We are greeted by familiar faces each and every year upon our arrival. The core staff has stayed the same for years which is not only a comfort to us but is a testament to the company itself. Some staff may not always remember us but we certainly remember them. They're all very friendly, personable, and eager to make sure our stay with them is one of the highlights of our trip. We've traveled throughout the United States and have stayed in a number of larger of hotels offering a variety of amenities. Without a doubt, we give the Doubletree, Chicago one of our highest ratings. We can't wait to go back! The Bretz's

The hotel was warm and inviting staff was very friendly, my room was also nice and clean with a nice veiw. Even the housekeeper was even friendly. Also this hotel was close to night life and shopping. I would love to come back next time im in Chicago.

02/17/2011I really enjoyed my stay at the double tree...the staff was extremely helpful on giving suggestions on where to go. the hotel room was very clean as well.
