We really enjoyed our stay. It's in a great location. The front desk staff was very friendly and the beds and pillows were awesome. Breakfast was included with room and we were able to order off the menu. Very good. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the best hotel stay I have ever had in several trips to Chicago. The room was clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. The location was perfect - right in the middle of everything. The value was tremendous. I had gone the cheap route before & regretted it. I had stayed at a posh hotel and didn't see the value for my dollar. This hotel is the perfect combination - a reasonable price and an excellent value. Whenever I return to Chicago, I will stay here.

Great location, but hard to get in and out of when coming and going, taxis couldn't get in and out easily. The entrance is on a busy street and very small. They lose points for not providing a lock box in the room. What hotel doesn't provide that nowadays? Otherwise a great place for a great price.
