The room on 24th floor very spacious and excellent flow of the trade winds!! View of the Sun rise on 6th floor, mountains to the right and ocean to the left. View I miss living in Texas. The personnel at the Front Desk made me and my friend feel welcomed no, matter what time of day we entered or left the premises. We felt safe leaving our belongs and valuables in the room. Balcony excellent viewing both day and night. The Security Guard surperb making their presence known on the floors, as well and did not just sit at the downstairs station. Only concern was parking, to costly. Contract should be made to reduce hotel patriants use of parking. Also, if they are going to advertise one price plan it should be consistant and not changed from attendant to attendant.

This hotel was awful. The first room we went to had 1 double bed and a cot - we paid for 2 double beds. Then we were moved to a room with 2 double beds. My friend and I both got bitten up all over by bed bugs. When we lifted the mattress they were very visible. Why hadn't the staff seen these when they were supposed to clean the room? The bathroom was never cleaned. When we complained about the bed bugs and showed them our bites and an actual bug they moved us once again. They said the room was an upgrade but there were knobs missing from the cabinets, the shower curtain was the wrong size meaning we had to soak up the water with the towels. After having saved a year for this trip it was extremely disappointing.

I'm hoping the remodel includes freshening up the rooms. Our room was clean but run down. Carpet on the floor was more comfortable than the hard bed. No free internet. It was great having a little convenience store on the 6th floor!
