I probably still paid too much for the room at The Westin Bonaventure. Considering there was major renovations ongoing, noisy, can hear the elevator all night long, everything can be heard in the other room/halls, I would not reserve at this Hotel again. Room service was great. I think Travel Website should be informed and inform customers about renovations. I feel I should receive some credit and or a future discount next time I reserve via Travel Website. With that said, Travel Website was great to work with.

I Loved this hotel. I was able to navigate all over L.A. and didnt have a hard time finding my way around Downtown at all. The Hotel room was Wonderful. The bed is very comfortable and the room was very spacious. I will only stay here when I am in L.A. and I am paying for my room.

i was looking for a nice hotel at a good price that would be convenient to the pantages theater. so, the price was right and the proximity to the subway made getting to and from hollywood a breeze. and, it was a good location from which to explore downtown. even walking distance from la live. it has been several years since i was last at the bonaventure. so, i was a little anxious about it being dated. i was very nicely surprised. the room wasn't huge but it was big enough. the color pallete was soothing, the furnishings sleek and modern. the bedding was high quality and the pillows were down. the bed was comfortable enough but it didn't feel like a king. the best was the bathroom - very large and nicely appointed. i loved the towels and the walk in, hand held shower was great. overall a very good experience. i would definately go back.

i was so happy, this hotel is in the heart of the city. which is very closed to the china town. and also, closed to the staples center n nokia center. and the resaturants aw well. love the pool n the front desk clerk, thanks u so much... we will be back
