First night the A/C broke and had to be replaced. Bad news is AC broke. Good news is that they got it fixed very quickly. Room was quite small, but very comfortable. Very surprising that there was no clock radio with an iPod dock. That's a basic, standard amenity that makes it nice to play your own music when you're in the room.

You will struggle to find a decent sized room when visiting near Manhattan. However, the W provided everything else for the buck. Excellent staff, decor and privacy. The bed was as comfortable as I can remember and plenty near by from a food and drink perspective. Our view of a parking garage wasn't the best (not surprising for the location) and as mentioned, the room size was a challenge but would stay there again in a heart beat. Nice experience!
