Room was decent, clean, beds comfortable. Pool was small and hot tub needed some cleaning. Sauna was broken and under construction. Most staff was friendly, except for a small older Hispanic employee with glasses who cursed at me (in Spanish, probably thinking I wouldn't understand) under his breath as he passed by...Not very professional if you ask me.

Overall the hotel was nice and in a good location to get where I needed to get to. My only complaint was that when running water in tub it had black particles coming out and my peep hole was not visible to look out of.

noisy the planes on one side the constant fan in the bathroom that does not shut off it sounded like a dishwasher running and a faint car alarm. they give you earplugs hint!! the room we had was small clean,beds - comfortable for me but not my husband . the blanket was hard ruff material and the one robe was just as the same hard material. there were 4 of us in the room with one robe. I could not sleep with the noise of the reverse engines of the planes landing, and the bathroom fan running,it does not shut off, used my earplugs. out the window you can see some of the runways. we will not stay there again. we will book something farther away with shuttle service. the hotel was clean. we used the internet for 1/2 hr had 3 choices , chose 2 hrs and was charged 10.99 for 24 hrs. told me i picket the wrong choice and we asked them to check they said we can not. so i paid for it no choice. pd 14.00 for parking or you can choose 21.00 for valet

At first i was skeptical about stayin at hotel being so close to airport but i have to say we didnt hear a sound, we were about 15 min from Santa Monica Pier, and Venice Beach, which was great!! We were also 5 min from dining areas, and Starbucks!!! which was the best part, although they offer inside the hotel.. i would definately refer this hotel to friends and family!!!
