We stayed for 3 nights . The hotel is clean , all personnel is very friendly ,and hotel is located super convenient - walking distance to many attractions, and to subway . We used subway from and to the airport, to visit Harvard and Art Museum . All other times we were just walking . The room was small ,but it had all you need . We enjoyed our stay and will definitely use Omni Parker House if visiting Boston again.

Bathroom tight. Room and bed comfy and clean. Staff friendly.

Old world charm, apart from the maddening daily routine, I spent my 60th birthday at the Omni Parker House with my family. Connecting rooms were a great feature as we had cocktail hour upon arrival and breakfast the next morning, all while in the comfort of our own space. Lovely location, helpful and friendly staff, and decor so rich and warm it felt like I was in Europe! I would highly recommend this special hotel.

Our three nights at the Omni Parker House were terrific. The hotel is maintained in excellent condition, our room was bigger, brighter, cleaner and more comfortable than we expected, and the staff was great. We had a drink at Parker's Bar, and the waiter was happy to accomodate our very touristy request for a Parker House roll to go with our order of Boston Cream pie. Both were delicious, we actually got three rolls and they didn't even charge for them. This is a classic, lovely hotel experience. Our room on the 12th floor was bright and spacious, with a nice view. It was quiet and immaculately clean. The bathroom was very large and had a walk in shower as we were given a handicapped accessible room. A minor gripe would be lack of storage/shelf space for toiletries, especially because the bathroom was huge. I would never stay anywhere else if we return to Boston. the location on the Freedom Trail is exceptional. You can tell that a lot of effort and genuine customer service goes into the running of this hotel, it shows in every way. We signed up for the frequent visitor program (free) to get nice free benefits like coffee and papers daily and free internet. We felt like big shots!
