Important Hotel Information
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older in order to check-in to the hotel. Proper ID is required at check-in.
- Pool Hours are 8am to 5pm daily, weather permitting.
- A credit card or cash deposit is required at time of check-in; credit cards will be subject to a 100.00 nightly authorization and cash users will be subject to 200.00 nightly. Please note the hotel does not offer any rolloways.
- An early departure fee of 50 percent of the rooms value, will be charged to that individuals account.
- 100 per day incidental fee is required upon check in.
- Valet parking is 34.00 per day.

Excellent location. Nice atmosphere. Private pool area (small pool) but very nice and relaxing. Japanese restaurant inside of the hotel was nice - food was good. Walking distance to the beach - Excellent breakfast in front of the beach (Prime Time) no hidden fees ($13 vs $27) and the food was good. If you want to be real close but far enough away to enjoy your stay without the "noise". Right on the strip but you would never know it. Access to their sister hotel "The Clevelander" with awesome view from the rooftop. Just a nice hotel. I was happy with my decision. You can pay more and get more, you can pay less and get less - Essex House was just right "for me".

Great hotel in excellent location. The only complaint we had during our stay was that there was a constant issue with the plumbing that caused them to be in our room daily trying to fix it. Plus the shower temperature was difficult to control. However, for the inconvenience they eliminated the parking fee for the rental car we had for one night. Overall, I would stay there again since it's so close to the action and the beach but far enough away to not have to be up all night

Just got back from trip with 11 of my gf's for my bachelorette party and couldn't be more satisfied. Essex hotel was awesome. Great staff and great location! I never follow up and write reviews when I travel, but felt that this hotel needed to be praised for everything they did for us! above and beyond!
