This hotel was very nice inside, though it was very unassuming on the outside. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job everyday! It was a beautiful room with plentynof storage. We had a 19th floor room with amazing views! The front desk was not so friendly. There wasn't a specific incident, but they acted as though I was bothering them. I never even went to the desk other than to check in and out during my stay! The bellmen were very friendly and organized with everyone's luggage. Overall, I would stay here again because of the location, the cleanliness, and the nice rooms!

I would come back. Wish there was a coffee maker in the room.

If a hotel is undergoing a significant renovation you should tell the guest ahead of time. The restaurant on the top floor was under renovation and it impacted the water system on the 9th floor. Large amounts of rust came out of the shower on the first day (Mnx said they fixed it) and on the last day of our stay (not fixed). This is unacceptable. This happened to one other guest that I know of and frankly ruined our stay.
