Room was clean and quiet with nice amenities. However, we book our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday (Monday thru Friday) and were surprised that there was no housekeeping on Thursday. We had to request fresh towels be brought up to the room. I would expect a hotel to at least let us know that there would be no housekeeping on one or more of the days during our stay. As it was, there was no apology or explanation. I don't feel like we got the service for the premium price we paid.

I stayed at the Sheraton while attending a conference at the Cobb Galleria. It's just across the street from the Cobb with a pedestrian walkway over the 8 lanes of Cobb Pkwy (there's no street crosswalk and no sidewalks.# There's a mall across the other street, so everything was pretty convenient. HOWEVER, gyrations to get to the overhead walkway were....INTERESTING. The Sheraton is built on a hill, so in order to get from the hotel to the Cobb one must take the elevator to the lobby, exit the building, take the parking garage elevator up to 9, go up a short flight of stairs to the roof, cross the street, then a few dozen yards to the crossover. Then after you cross you have several flights of stairs #one of them very steep) to get to the entrance of the Cobb. Whew! This is not a good for people that have any difficulty walking, or if you plan to carry a bunch of stuff. Other than that, the staff was really nice and even with 225 high school kids staying there for a competition, it was very quiet. I would plan on staying there again as long as I packed my track shoes and was travelling light.
