We got in to San Antonio (5) five hours before check in time and went to the hotel and they let up sign in before time. The staff where nice called us by name each time they seen us. The room was clean and big. My Grandson was always running around and loud and never once did the say anything about it. There was one bad thing, they need to put some kind of closer on the doors so they would not slam so hard at night. The pool was clean and nice, over all this place was really nice and I would go back there if I am in that area in the future. My other Daughter came in to town saturday and went to another hotel in town and had to keep going back to the desk because the room had some wrong with the rooms.
