This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in! The service was great! The value was outstanding! If I only had one complaint, it would be that when we arrived a little early for check-in our adjourning room was not ready (however our travel partners had their room ready). They had another room ready for us on another floor and the view was horrible. It turns out, that our original room had a great view! We felt like we were being punished for arriving early!

This hotel is so oppulent. The suites are lavish and all of the staff bend over backwards to help. I needed to print out a boarding pass for the next day and staff at the concierge desk were happy to do it for me.
