The Venetian is a wonderful place to stay while in Las Vegas. As with all hotel/casinos in Vegas, my number one complaint is the lack of a coffee pot in the room. This trip I was a bit disappointed with the Venetian. The clerk at checkin must have been having a bad day because she wasn't pleasant at all. She wasn't rude, but you could definitely tell she did not want to be working that day. Our room was not convenient to anything, farthest away from elevator. This was not good for the one in my group who has trouble walking distances. Room was excellent except for the worn out couch. For such a wonderful place and usually well kept furniture, I was surprised to find a worn out couch in the suite. View was beautiful as always. Room was very clean and comfy. Housekeeping attended all our extra requests without a grumble. Room service was superb! Canyon Ranch Spa is by far one of the best spas I've ever used.
