I enjoyed my stay at the New York New York Hotel and Casino. My room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and chairs. The hotel staff was very pleasant, knowledgable, and accommodating. The hotel features numerous venues for great food and entertainment. The only drawbacks that come to mind were a long check-in line and slow draining in the bathroom. On the other hand, the check-out was very fast and simple.

From the moment we arrived, the staff showed a genuine concern for our comfort and happiness. From the valet asking if we needed directions, to the maid that went out of her way to help us when we were accidentally locked out of the room - everyone treated us like we were important guests. The room was clean and comfortable as I would expect, the hotel itself was nice -- but it was the genuine caring from the staff that stood out. We have stayed in many Las Vegas hotels over the past 25 years - NO ONE compares to the customer service we experienced at the New York New York. We truly felt like we we honored guests, not just customers. We booked NYNY because of the package rate, we will return because of the staff.

There were some very good restaurants inside the hotel. The hallways could use a little bit more cleanliness but the room itself was pretty clean. The gym had some nice equipment. The staff was really nice.

We just returned from a trip to Las Vegas (my first) and after much research picked New York New York. We couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. Our first seven nights we stayed in the Century Towers. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had floor to ceiling windows that gave us a great view of the strip. We made a three night trip to CA and came back to stay one more night before flying out. This one night we stayed in the New Yorker Towers. While the room was as nice as the other one it did not have the large window and we had to stand up to look out. Not a real issue since it was only one night. If we ever return to Vegas we will not hesitate to stay at the NY NY. I will ask for a room in the Century Towers to make sure we get one we know we will like. The prices for a week night stay are very reasonable, with week-ends being a little higher but still a very good deal as far as I am concerned. Loved every where we ate. America Restaraunt and Chin Chins for breakfast. All portions were large and well worth the price. Also, dispite being close to the airport we never heard any of the planes and no noise outside of the room or slamming doors. The resort fee (which they all have) included free WiFi and internet.

We stayed at New York, New York for three nights. The experience was good for the most part, but we feel that the staff could have been more attentive to our needs. There were some electrical problems in our room's bathroom that caused my husband to get shocked. An incident report was filed and the problem was repaired, however, no effort on the hotel's part to provide compensation, they could care less. We will not stay there again.
