Really enjoyed my stay at the Biltmore. I saw a lot of posts mentioning that the hotel is outdated. That's the beauty of it. It has been left to it's original grandeur. It is absolutely beautiful in the lobby and it has dozens of little sitting areas and bars to have a drink or tea. Although the decor has been kept in the original state it is clean and has comfortable beds and flat screen TV's. If you are looking for the cutting edge in luxury amenities, this may not be the hotel for you, but if you are someone who would love to sit at a beautiful oak bar tucked away in corner and wonder to yourself 'Did Gretta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich and Clark Gable drink a martini when they were here too?' Then you absolutely are in the right place.

From the moment of arrival my group felt welcomed. I do believe this Hotel has customer service under control. There was not a moment that the staff was lacking. Goodness I even asked for directions to the work out center-they walked me to the workout center and smiled the entire way. This Hotel is old world "beautiful" I was amazed to see in the lobby each day fresh and abundant arrangements of flowers...not only did the sight put a smile on my face but the fragrance permeated the lobby. My wonderful experience and comfortable stay made me know I will stay at the Millineum Biltmore Hotel on my next trip to LA.

Not family oriented hotel. Children not allowed in Club Level Suite. They should say that on their website. They stopped my wife from leaving with a half full can of Diet Coke telling her it had to be consumed or left there. Lobby is the best part of the hotel. Come and take pictures. Maid left window open cause she couldn't close it. Neither could I. Rooms were clean but antiquated. Needs serious updating

One of the nicest thing about this hotel is that it is in downtown. However, $10 per day for internet and $40 per day for valet parking was a little steep in my opinion. Then again, this is not your average stop and go motel, so it is acceptable (I've experienced worse). Some of the restaurants close early, so you might want to watch out for that. Hotel is clean and they attend to your needs (i.e. locating amenities or any other requests) fast and efficiently. Overall, this hotel is comfortable and have warm feeling. (It can get noisy at times due to road next to the hotel. In general either the buses or the sirens make it annoying, but not annoying enough to change hotels.)

This was the hotel for my professional meeting - so I was not really on vacation. Hotel is beautiful, well located, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are very large and ornate. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel was build in the 1920s and as a result bathrooms in particular are not up to current expectations. The bathtub was worn and enamel was chipped. Pedestal sink was too large for its location (obviously added recently) - pressed against shower curtain and caused shower to leak out onto the floor. Lighting for a room that was 20x20 was only 2 small lamps - not helpful for desk work of if you needed to iron. Great restaurants there and close by. Lots of history in the hotel
