  OCEAN VIEW RM WAS INCREDIBLE WITH THE MOST WONDERFUL VIEW OF THE SUNSET AND BEACH! THE STAFF ADDRESSED ALL REQUEST WITH PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL COURTEOUS SERVICE. RM WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN. THE POOL WAS SMALL, BUT W/THE BEACH RIGHT OUTSIDE WHO NEEDS IT. MANY ACTIVITIES TO ENJOY: SURFING(HANG LOOSE), SNORKLING, HIKING, ETC..... TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HAPPY HOUR AND B4 5PM DISCOUNTS AT DUKES, HULA GRILL, RUTH CHRIS STEAKHOUSE AND THE MANY RESTAURANTS(JUST WALK AROUND). VISIT THE ABC STORE ACROSS THE STREET FOR WATER, SNACKS AND FRUIT. GO TO THE STADIUM IN PEARL CITY FOR GREAT DEALS ON SOUVENIRS.

  We stayed at Outrigger Waikiki OTB during our honeymoon, and the service was prompt, professional, and fabulous! We would definitely stay here again. Dukes Canoe Club's food is fabulous. Definitely try the breakfast buffet, and Happy Hour lunch. We've ate at Dukes for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner and was very pleased with the food. It's also great to walk outside of your hotel and your right on the beach, what can be better than that. We were able to watch the sun rise everyday....ahhh romance! Also you in the middle of everything...shopping, dining, water sports, car rentals, scooter rentals. Everything you need or want is right outside the doors of the hotel. We loved the free Wi-Fi, and internet, and the free safe. Beware...if you rent a car make sure you return it same day because parking is I believe $25 to $40 a day...whew too much! Overall would definitely stay here again.

  The rooms are nice and the hotel is right in the middle of waikiki. The free phone calls and free internet is also great. What sucks is the $*/day valet parking for hotel guests. When i was there, i left my GPS navigation power cable plugged in to the cigarette lighter of my Honday Odyssey. The plug is all the way down close to the floor. When i got my van the next day, my GPS charger is broken. The valet parker either stepped or kicked the thing. I reported it but no one wanted to claim responsibility so i had to go without my GPS. The hotel claimed the valet guys are contracted out and are not hotel employees so they can't do anything. SO BEWARE!!! don't leave anything at all in your car. The hotel will not help you at all if anything gets messed up. Also, since the beach is accessed mostly by hotel guests only, it's not as crowded as the public accessed beach by the Hyatt hotel.

  The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The beach was nice, the other activities they had made it crowded. Market across the street is nice, and location in the city everything is perfect. Duke?s becomes a meat market in the evening, we had a low room, so the noise from there, could get annoying.

  We had a personalized greeting which made us feel very welcomed. Free children's backpacks with sea world pattern and activity book; very impressive with our kids. Free crib, as parents, much appreciated. Loved the Location and overall atmosphere. Very Glad we stayed here. Guest services were also most impressive!
