We stayed at this hotel because it was the closest to Sea World. It was totally worth it. The hotel had a free shuttle bus that we used, it was standing room only, but still worth it. We elected to not take it home because it was so close to walk home. The room we stayed in was a little old, but who needs to be in the room other than to sleep! But the beds and pillows were really comfortable! The pool in the courtyard area was great and the hot tub was wonderful! We enjoyed are stay, we had a 7 and 9 year old and they loved it too. We ate at the Blue Pearl quite a bit and was perfect for our family! We will stay there again.

Dana on Mission Bay was a great resort to stay at for my visit to San Diego. The room was clean and right next to the pool. I will definately be staying at this hotel again with my next visit. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. I wish check in time was earlier. The resort was right next to the ocean and had multiple restaurants to choose from that were within walking distance. I like the fact it was within walking distance to Sea World. I will definately recommend this resort to my family and friends. Had a wonderful experience.

03/07/2013Location was right next to pacific beach area and sea world. short drive to san diego zoo and seal beach in la jolla.. i would recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff made us feel welcome an took care of all our needs, the room was very clean and not to small. The grounds were clean and enjoyable to be outside in the area, both pools & spa's were not overly chlorinated and clean. We wish our stay could be longer.
