we did not get the room we booked online we booked a king smoking room suite with love seat and table and chairs when we checked in they did not have any available we had to settle for two queens and a chair. not happy will not stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

At 7PM we checked in after a long day of driving. We just wanted a shower and a good meal. We entered the room and the beds were unmade and wet towels were laying everywhere. The room had not been cleaned and it took over an hour and two calls to the desk for them to send housekeeping to clean the room and bring towels. The checkin was chaos and we had to pay extra for internet at checkin. Outrageous! We had children with us and they did enjoy the facilities

We stayed at Circus Circus 13 days. We had a tower king room. Room comfortable and nice. We received two free buffets for staying over three nights. TV had a good variety of channels which is very unusual. Great value for the money. Traveled as a couple. We stayed up until around 3:00 a.m. and slept until noon without being disturbed. Maids cleaned room thoroughly and were accomodating and check in staff were excellent. We did the late check out since we didn't fly out until 7:00 p.m.
