Staff was polite and helpful, not always expected in NYC. Excellent location. A very good value for the price. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable, and except for the size, the furnishings are what you might expect of a more expensive hotel. We've stayed in cheap hotels in NYC before and this one had a good price without the cheap feel. We'll stay in this hotel preferentially from now on.

Clean room, helpful staff, convenient location BUT 2 ½ feet around the bed in the standard queen room, no place for clothes or suitcases or toiletries in the bathroom. For the money, I would look elsewhere.

Hotel located on a quiet street but steps away from Time Square, the theaters and a block away from the subway. Room was compact but what one expects for New York. They offered free internet which was fast and reliable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend and would stay here again. .
