My 15 year old daughter and I stayed at this hotel recently and was not disappointed. We had a comfortable stay and I would stay there again. I would not recommend you stay here if you will not be renting a car as the hotel isn't very close to the site seeing and shopping areas. The food served at the hotel isn't very tastety but is an option if you're unable to wander to far from the hotel. There is also a McDonald's within walking distance, which was quite convenient as another option.

A good deal to stay immediately at the oceanfront. However be prepared for: thin walls, worthless wifi, $12/day to park, and the furniture smells a bit musty. We did get the large pool to ourselves on several occasions. Also, the hotel and beach were never crowded-a huge plus. Some restaurants about a mile away, local supermarket just down the street. All in all good for the price in the area. Next time spend a little more to get a little more.

We checked the room and bed thoroughly, and it was very clean and a good size. Small refrigerator. Room safe. Comfortable king size bed. I suppose the room and corridors are somewhat dated, which is why the price is so reasonable. Otherwise, I can't understand why it is not higher priced. Our standard room had a balcony with a view of the ocean. Lovely oceanfront location with large pool deck overlooking the water, stair access to great beach. Nice hot tub. $12 a day to park, even if you self park. Very nice fitness equipment- much better than average. I would definitely stay here again for a week of vacation. The storm took out the beach stairs, and the hotel repaired them right away- the manager was around all the time checking out the work and the place in general. Ignore any bad reviews.

half a mile north of the sky-resort is a commercialcenter with a few firstclass beachfront reataurants ancoffeeshops. The pagege included a rentalcar and alamo gaves a free upgrade.. What i did not like was the daly charge if 12 dollars for the parkingspot at the sky-resort. but thank you for a great trip. by the way, i can not recomment anybody to fly with spirit airlines, i had to pay 40 dollars for a comment carry-on-bag!
