The hotel itself is musty and old, but our room smelled of pet urine and overall just made us feel awful. And to make matters worse, no tv remote, coffee maker broken, stains on rug, and light burned out. Great location... but I would never stay here again. We left after just an hour and hotel would not offer a refund. Pay a little more and stay at a decent place. You're worth it.

The hotel is very nice, but it is not very location. Hard to get in, need to turn around. The hotel is clean, when you turn on the heat, it has smell, which we do not like, we need to turn off. Maybe the room has not use for a long time, the water turn very bad at first, then turn good.

Our car was broken into during our stay at this hotel and staff acted as if they could care less. Lots of shrugging shoulders and blank stares. A spoonful of empathy would have gone a long way. Will never stay here again.

Close To Airport

I had an early AM flight to Germany and decided to spend the night here. It's just down the street from the airport and their shuttle runs 24/7. Also, they are right next door to the indepedently owned long term parking lots, so you can go park, stay the night and go the next morning. Staff was very helpful and everything worked out well.

We stayed here for two nights on a recent visit to Portland and the room itself was excellent it was clean and neat. the fixtures all looked well taken care of and the bathroom was sparkling and pretty large. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. I liked how it was close to the freeway, even though we drove here from LA I think it's very convenient for those who are using the airport. It's not too far from the city center so it's a great spot. The only thing I didn't like was the location itself and how hard it was to drive to and from here as the streets are quite confusing. This however has little to do with the hotel so I would definitely recommend it to some
