Exterior of hotel looked fine, but the rooms need to be updated. It looked and felt old and gloomy. Housekeeper did not clean floor during our 4 nights. Beds only had sheets on them ..No coverlet. More like a 2 or 3 star rating at most.

01/03/2013Everything was as planned, great group price for the flight, hotel and car. hotel could upgrade or replace their beds, very nice other than that.

07/31/2012The facility is an older one but very clean and very comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful. we will definitely book this hotel again.

Rooms were very run down and depressing. Air Conditioner did not work and had to be moved to another room but it did not work much better. The rooms were not nice. Missing trim, poorly painted, bad decorations, rusty and missing hardware in the bathrooms, doors that were difficult to close and an overall feeling that they had given up. Moved to a budget hotel down the street the next night and had a much better stay at half the price. It gives Hilton a bad name that they would put their name on this hotel.
