Like I was staying at a hostel!

No air conditioning in any of the elevators or corridors. No help securing the hotel shuttle to take us to our automobile less than a mile away,(we walked). I asked for additional shampoo and towels, never came, There were conventions going on every night. We could not park near the entrance to our hotel. We had to park across in the overflo lot. This hotel is in need of dire maintenance. Windows were dirty, bed linens were thread bare. I felt like this hotel was the dumping ground for all the unwanted furniture and misc, items from other hotels going out of business. If this is a Shearaton, I never want to stay there again!

The staff at this hotel were great, they had answer for all my questions. I thought breakfast should have been included in the price of the room-the buffet was overpriced for what was offered. The only downside was the hot tub was in the process of being repaired so it was cold. I would definitely recommend people to this hotel.

The hotel has a lovely a lobby area but the outside is looking pretty tired. The staff was accomodating but the rooms were pretty small. I did see they were renovating some of the rooms so they are doing something to make it better.

Probably the second worse hotel we have stayed in. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was very clean, but no trash cans AT ALL in the room. We were given a handicap room that was very small. We asked to get late check out, (just an hour after regular check-out) and we were told no. This meant while I was at school my husband and son had to wait in the lobby with our luggage. There are no vending machines for snacks and the snacks available at the front counter consisted of old looking chocolate muffins, no milk. There was only two towels in the room and when we requested more than two small pillows we were told no. This all would of been okay for a less expensive costs, but we only stayed one night and did not even have a place to throw away wrappers from soap. Seems silly. We could hear the neighbors very well and I was there on a school visit with a final to complete. We did request another room, but were told there was not any. Parking was a problem and the shuttle bus for the hotel pulled out in front of me almost hitting my new car that I got the day before. I do not remember if I have ever left a negative comment on a hotel, so stayer beware.
