The hotel takes you back in time, with all of the modern amenities. The staff was very friendly and the location was great, with a trolley stop across the street. The only downside was that I had an interior view, but the rate was a steal so that was ok. We went to the rooftop bar at the hotel next door to make up for it.

This hotel is rich in history and its clear why. Clean; friendly staff help to whisk you away to a time when service and quality were more important than quantity. Black and white photos of former presidents and athletes line the halls, and staff do their best to make you feel as important as them. Great place to stay. I enjoyed it and would recommend it highly.

Four nights there were delightful. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Upgraded for $* to a Tower room-worth it! Major downer-an ear splitting band in the Tonga Room-never again! Should be illegal!

A beautiful hotel, very clean, close to everything. The staff was very attentive to any needs you may have. Lots of history and intersting things inside the building. Probably the most beautiful hotel we have ever visited. We will definately be staying there again. We do not have anything bad to say about the Fairmont, we couldn't have asked for our stay to have been any better. The room was very spacious, the food was exellent and everyone was friendly and helpful.
